SERVICES.
In August 2005, Goldbach Norit Flooring Ltd merged
with Lindner PLC.
With unlimited technical support from the Lindner
Export Department in Germany, we aim to exceed
the expectations of our clients.
We can provide a complete project package to
include planning, design assistance, installation,
attendance, maintenance and after care services.
Alternatively, we have access to a large range
of traditional UK manufactured products on a supply
only basis for refurbishment projects and carry
some stocks of alternative systems.
Lindner PLC. systems provide many benefits to
end users. Over the years we have found that,
within their design, new or refurbished buildings
need practicality and flexibility in the use of
available space.

Access flooring is a crucial element that literally
becomes the foundation on which the working environment
is defined. Our flooring systems satisfy the demands
of accessibility, durability and strength with added
benefits of:
- FIRE RESISTANCE class O non-combustible certified
up to class F60.
- ENVIRONMENTAL calcium sulphate panels manufactured
from recycled materials that have won several awards,
including the IRB seal from the Institute for Construction
Biology,Rosenheim. Award winning safe production processes
that utilise residual materials, including the water
used during manufacture.
- NOISE REDUCTION - dense panel material coupled with
high compression techniques, give sound absorbency
rates of up to 60dB.
- CORROSION FREE - access floor systems that are without
steel, eliminating possible corrosion and do not require
separate earthing.
- DIMENSIONS - fine tolerances of +/- 0.2mm are achieved
during manufacture to give snag free installation.
- PRE-BONDING - due to material stability and dimensional
accuracy, all panels can be pre-bonded, using materials
such as carpet, ceramic, natural timbers, vinyl and
stone.
The principle of bonded specialist finishes is to maintain
a service void for cables, conduits and trunking as
opposed to re-routing them through the ceilings or behind
walls.
This method can be very cost effective and provides
total flexibility to the end user should any configuration
changes be required in the future.
In areas such as marble or wood block entrance lobbys,
the problem of routing the services round the material
laid directly on the sub-floor is eliminated. Re-allocating
the space at a later date can be completed quickly and
at a considerably lower cost.
